The Country Reports analyse each Member States economic and social policies.  The main messages of the Country Reports are summarised in a Communication from the Commission.

The Country Reports of Bulgaria and Romania specifically mention deinstitutionalisation as a structural issue requiring further and continuing action:

Country Report Bulgaria 2016 including an In-Depth Review on the prevention and correction of macroeconomic imbalances (p. 46)

Country Report Romania 2016 including an In-Depth Review on the prevention and correction of macroeconomic imbalances (p. 61)

see Country Reports for all Member States (except Greece) here.

18 Member States were identified in November 2015 in the Alert Mechanism Report as requiring an in-depth review in their Country Reports examining the existence and nature of possible macroeconomic imbalances.  These countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, France, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
